The travel insurance offered through Accomplish is provided by Fortis Insurance Limited or Axiom Underwriting. This selection has been made on the basis of the cover and the price that is available. Accomplish is not contractually obliged to offer these products from Fortis Insurance Limited or Axiom Underwriting and we reserve the right to change the Insurer without notice.

3. When buying travel insurance through Accomplish you will not receive advice or a recommendation from us for travel insurance. We may ask some questions to narrow down the selection of products that we will provide details on. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed. Accomplish charges a different premium to customers who buy through our Call Centre. This reflects the higher transaction cost involved.

4. If we have not met your expectations and you wish to register a complaint please contact us in any of the following ways: -

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You can find further information by visiting the FOS website at www.fos.org.uk or calling them on +44 (0) 845 080 1800.

5. We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder of the claim, without any upper limit. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.

6. All personal information is treated by us as confidential and is processed in accordance with the relevant legislation. We will not use or disclose personal information without your consent, other than in the normal course of arranging and administering your insurances, except where we are compelled by law (including by regulators or law enforcement agencies) to disclose such information. In such instances personal information held by us may be disclosed on a confidential basis, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, to such third parties.
