worth getting an EHIC which replaces
the old E111 before
you travel. This will allow you to get certain medical

Check that your passport is up to date,
that you have organised any visas required and that all
tickets, documentation and vouchers for your holiday have
the correct details on them. |

Remember to take a full supply of any
prescribed medication with you, sun tan lotion and a small
emergency first aid kit can be useful |

are best kept with you rather than in checked-in luggage.

whilst abroad, remember to keep receipts |
